These Fools Gave Me a Blog!

I’m pretty sure none of us knows quite where this thing is going! Maybe these guys are smarter than they let on, but I’m absolutely certain that I don’t know myself…and I couldn’t be more excited!

So here is my plan, if you’ll allow me. I’m gonna write about KOKE FM and the stuff they do: concerts, events, the on-air shows, the good, the bad and the big ’ol fat heads. I’m also gonna take some pictures, ‘cause people like pictures. This is fortunate for me, since picture-takin’ is how I happen to make my living.  I’m also gonna write about the fellas on KOKE’s shows. I suspect they’ve got stories. Ready for story-time?


 
I don’t know if any of y’all like Texas music, but I was thinking about writing a little bit about that too. If Eric will let me hang out around the Driving Home Stage, maybe some of the musicians will chat with us. I’d like that. Would y’all like that? Would you like some concert photos? Good. 'Cause I like taking pictures at shows, and I like sharing them with y’all. 


 
I'm gonna use the word y'all a lot. 'Cause that's how I roll. 

And because after six-ish years here, I am still finding out new stuff about Austin, I thought I'd write about our little town. I think I'll roam around it and see what's worth sharing. I'll find y'all something good. Promise!

After all, what would life be…? I hope y’all like it. I hope I don’t get fired for calling the bosses “fools” my very first time out! See y’all next time…hopefully!
